•  Prices do not include fuel cost or taxes.
•  Reservations must be made with a credit card deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost. Minimum age is 21.
• There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for return of deposit.
• If you cancel inside 24 hours of your arrival, you will be charged the entire amount of the rental.
• Boats must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
• *Pets and grills are not allowed on boats*
• Check-out time is 8 am (Off-Season hours begin 9/4/24) rental time examples: Sun.-Fri. 8am-4pm  Sat. 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm 
• Return time is 3:00 pm  Beginning 09/23/24  (Late charges will apply) Note: Summer hours begin 5/22/25 Return times will be 5pm Sunday - Friday  6pm Saturday.  Rental time is 8 hours from check-in.  Rental hours may be less than 8 hours during off season (note: not to exceed the above mentioned  return times) (NO OVERNIGHTS)
• If operator was born after January 1, 1989, a valid Boaters License is required by Tennessee Law.
• Life jackets, map of the lake, and a full tank of gas provided — renter is only responsible for the gas used.
